Parking on mixed pedestrian/bike lane outside John Reed

There are often motorbikes and cars parked outside of John Reed fitness in the mixed pedestrian/cycle lane. This leads to (even more) conflict between cyclists and pedestrians at this spot. This is a particularly dangerous spot to park in the cycle lane because there are often many people going in/out of the gym. There is a no-parking sign, visible in the background, but this is far enough away that it can be conveniently ignored.
